With over 25 years of experience in Technology Strategy, business leadership, and software development, Sanu Chacko has intimate knowledge of process and systems improvement initiatives in manufacturing, logistics and retail environments. As a Strategic Technology Consultant, Sanu assists management teams of small to mid-size companies in pointing their IT operations to their business’ “North Star”. He helps mentor technology team leaders to become business leaders and business leaders to be comfortable with technology. Sanu is also great as a resource to companies, especially in the manufacturing arena, needing to shepherd teams implementing new ERP systems.
Prior to going out on his own, Sanu was the Chief Information Officer for a multinational conglomerate, improving their technological footprint, and facilitated mergers, acquisitions and divestments of subsidiaries. Before that, as Director of Software Development, he ran development teams for one of the largest enterprise software vendors in the world, bringing to market world-class merchandising and customer relationship management systems.
